My Cold<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There’s nothing quite like the sight of me with a cold;
It is one sight that you should behold
I hate my complaining and I hate my griping;
It’s just the rubbing and the dripping and the sneezing and the wiping.
My head is pounding and ringing like a bell;
I’ll enjoy a cold when I freeze over hell.
I don’t feel like eating and I’ve got the runs;
Having a cold is not enough fun.
My throat is sore and my muscle ache;
How many more asprin do I have to take?
I take Alka-Seltzer and watch if fizz;
I figure my stomach’s upset enough as it is.
Oh, why won’t this cold go away?
I knew this would happen since it’s Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
