Quite coincidentally, and yet so auspicious, the Scriptures for the weekend of Matt and Kelly's wedding are about marriage. Here, God calls back His bride (His people) to her first fervor. Paul is confident of the success of his work because it is God's work. In Jesus the prophecy of Hosea reaches fulfillment. Jesus established a new marriage covenant between God and His people. Praying with Scripture Recall the joy of the bride and groom at your most recent wedding.
