Noodles & More Casserole

Ingredients

__ 2 TBS. chopped green pepper, chopped onion, and/or dried onion flakes OR 1 TBS. chopped garlic OR 1 tsp. garlic or onion powder
__ 1 TBS. Butter, margarine, or oil (omit if using dried or powdered onion or garlic)
__ 1/2 can (10-1/2 or 10-3/4 oz.) condensed soup, any flavor, OR 3/4 c. gravy, any flavor
__ 2 TBS. milk
__ 1-1/2 c. meat and/or vegetable, any combination, sliced or chopped, cooked, thawed
__ 1-1/2 c. cooked pasta, any kind (you may find it easier to cut up larger pieces of pasta into bite-sized pieces) OR 1-1/2 c. cooked rice
__ 1 tsp. prepared mustard or other seasonings
__ 1 to 2 tsp. or more grated cheese, any kind, any combination

Directions

Preheat oven 350 F. If pepper, onion, or garlic is raw, cook it in butter until soft. Stir in soup and milk, cooking over low heat. (If using dry or powdered garlic or onion, add now.) Stir in meat and/or vegetables, pasta, and mustard. Pour into a buttered or oiled casserole; sprinkle cheese on top. Cook in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.

Makes two generous servings.
