Hash

Ingredients

__ 1 c. cooked meat, chopped or shredded
__ 1 c. cooked potatoes, chopped, or cooked tater tots or cooked hash browns or cooked shredded potatoes
__ 1/4 c. onion, minced
__ 1 TBS. parsley, minced, fresh or dried
__ 1/2 c. milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients except milk. Place a little butter, margarine, or shortening in a hot skillet over medium heat. When butter is very hot, spread hash evenly in skillet. When bottom is brown, add milk and mix. Cover and cook slowly until crisp, about 10 minutes.

Makes two servings.
