Chow Mein

Ingredients

__ 1/2 c. cooked meat, any combination, thinly sliced or chopped, thawed if necessary
__ 1/2 c. vegetables, any combination, thawed or frozen (don't use fresh)
__ 1/2 c. gravy, any flavor, or condensed soup, any flavor (use more if you like more sauce)
__ 1/2 tsp. soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
__ Dash of ground seasoning (ginger, paprika, garlic, onion, pepper, etc.) (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Heat thoroughly. If heating in the microwave, cook for 2 minutes, stir, and repeat until mixture is heated through. Serve alone or over rice, biscuits, toast, pasta, ramen noodles, or chow mien noodles.

Makes one serving.
