White Sauce (with Cream Cheese)

Ingredients

__ 3 to 4 oz. cream cheese (any variety)
__ 1/4 c. milk or 1/4 c. water plus 2 tsp. powdered milk or powdered creamer
__ 1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded or grated cheese (any kind) (optional)

Directions

Over medium heat, bring milk to boil. Add cream cheese. For cheese sauce, add shredded cheese. Stir until melted. Serve over rice, biscuits, toast, pasta, potato (any style), ramen noodles, or chow mien noodles.
