Cookbook - Recipes Ingredients
__ 1/2 lb. meat, any combination, thinly sliced or chopped, fresh or thawed
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet or wok until hot but not smoking. Add meat and garlic; stir fry until desired doneness. Remove from pan. Add vegetables and stir fry until vegetables are warm. (Add some water if necessary to keep vegetables and meat from sticking to the pan.) Reduce heat to medium. Return meat to pan. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients until cornstarch is dissolved. Pour in pan. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens, about 5 minutes.
Makes two servings.
